The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and silverware and disposal of trash. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleanliness of all back of house areas including sanitization and maintenence of equipment, shelving, tabletops, floors, walls, and more.
