The Lead Electrical Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and modification of electrical systems within a high-volume convention center, exhibition facility, and arena environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting trade shows, conventions, concerts, sporting events, corporate meetings, exhibits, and other large-scale events. The Lead Electrical Technician will coordinate and execute temporary and permanent electrical installations, including show power, exhibit hall power distribution, arena power, event power drops, lighting, emergency power systems, and electrical equipment retrofits. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on electrical professional who can interpret and create electrical schematics, develop event power plans, troubleshoot complex systems, work effectively under tight event timelines, and lead or train other Engineering team members. The position requires exceptional attention to safety, detail, customer service, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing event requirements.
This role pays an hourly rate of $28.00 - $30.00
