Under general direction from the Box Office/Parking Manager, the Assistant Manager- Box Office/Parking assists the Box Office/Parking Manager in managing all aspects of the Box Office, Parking and Utility Services operations. The majority of the Assistant Box Office/Parking Manager’s time is spent on managing the Center’s 400 space parking deck and the event utility services operation. Box Office services are provided for less than a dozen events a year.

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG departments (concessions, catering) at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Given the small size of the OVG onsite office (usually 2 FT employees), it is critical that the Office Manager have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG staff where needed. In light of the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive.

The ideal candidate will also have basic education of computer systems with the ability to enhance knowledge of Ticketmaster products including Host, Archtics and TM One. This role is supported by and will work closely with the box office team.

Under the supervision of the Box Office Manager, assist in the operation of the box office, implementing and following procedures, overseeing the box office while the Manager is away, assist in facilitating group orders, and assisting in training box office personnel. The Box Office Supervisor position assists the Box Office Manager on event days and office tasks during the week. This position will require flexibility in hours, being able to work office hours as needed as well as long event shifts when necessary.
