The Manager of Sustainability will oversee and manage the Event Related Sustainability Policies and Efforts approved by the Client and the General Manager of the McCormick Place Convention Center under the direction of the Director of Sustainability.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $110,000.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring marketing plans and budgets, as well as designing and implementing creative collateral to promote the revenue generating areas of the Wintrust Arena. This individual will manage, supervise and coordinate all the activities of the Marketing department to reach budget goals. The Marketing Manager will implement marketing plans, manage event advertising budgets and promotions and ensure successful event campaigns. He/she is responsible for maintaining relationships with media partners and overseeing the media buying and billing process. He/she is responsible for public relations, promotions & publicity for the venue and the events: concerts, sporting events, meetings, and shows within the facility while developing creative marketing campaigns that promote public/community awareness.
This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $95,000.

In consultation with the Assistant General Manager/Entertainment, the Director of Operations manages, supervises, and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Wintrust Arena & Arie Crown Theater including but not limited to maintenance, set-up/changeovers, custodial/housekeeping, landscaping/grounds keeping, equipment safety and capital projects. This employee also provides overall administrative planning, direction, and policies to operating managers and supervisors, assuring the highest quality service program to assure booking and rebooking of events. The Director of Operations ensures an effective and cost-efficient program by controlling departmental operating budget while providing highly responsible staff assistance to the Assistant General Manager/Entertainment.
This role will pay a salary of $100,000 to $140,000.
