The Event Manager will manage the event planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, meetings, exhibitions, social events, and special projects to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will develop and manage a comprehensive events operation plan for all setup tasks, floorplans, estimates, and gather intel on construction of exhibits, displays, and events, as well as oversee vendors and service providers to meet event expectations and goals.
Directly reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the primary role of the Director of Sales is to manage the sales team to ensure that the highest quality and standards for revenue, economic impact goals and departmental sales goals objectives are met for each fiscal year. The DOS is responsible for providing oversight of day-to-day activities while maximizing targeted booking opportunities.
This role will pay an annual salary of $75,000-$90,000 and is bonus eligible.
