The Hospitality Technology Analyst supports the Hospitality Technology team in the implementation of solutions for OVG Hospitality, primarily point of sale (“POS”) systems. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the proper product is selected to meet the needs of the business and then assist in the planning, configuration, and installation of the solution. A successful applicant will have a demonstrated familiarity across a range of areas: LAN/WLAN, desktop support, project management, point-of-sale systems, cloud systems, and IT infrastructure in traditional and non-traditional environments. This role will require substantial travel and the ability to work nonstandard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of our clients.
This role pays an annual salary of $77,000-$88,000 and is bonus eligible.
