The Prep Cook is responsible for food prep, cooking, and cleaning kitchen and dishes.  Clean, cut, or peel foods to prepare them for cooking and arranging on serving dishes. Kitchen employees follow directions from executive chef. The Ice Crew member assists with game day ice operations: Performs snow cleanup during TV timeouts for UMass Hockey games at the Mullins Center. Assist with goal net handling and installation.
