The Sales Manager is an intricate part of the event sales team and is expected to recognize the value and benefits of teamwork. Open lines of communication within the team are vital to its success and that of the company.
This role will pay a wage of $45,000 to $50,000.

The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise all event staff; oversee building security and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
This role will pay a wage of $55,000 to $60,000.

The Kitchen Steward is responsiblity for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, as well as assisting the kitchen staff in various tasks. The Kitchen Steward will ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishess are cleaned and sanitized, as will also be responsible for stocking supplies, receiving orders, and maintaining inventory.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00 to $18.00.

Part Time, Lead Buildint Attendant will provide additional direction and support in a lead capacity in the staging of Arena Events. Must have demonstrated work performance in meeting and exceeding Arena Criteria Metrics. Must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends and late hours.

- Set up and remove stage, risers, seating, tables, flooring, etc. for various events.
- Repair and performs maintenance of retractable and permanent seats.

- Be available for event support, as needed.

The Warehouse Runner stocks the concession stands, and keeps the inventory maintained through events. Receives deliveries, rotates stock and puts deliveries away in the warehouse. Assists the concessions team as needed. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
The primary role for the Zamboni Driver is to work closely with the event to maintain ice conditions as required by the performer.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $25.00.

This position assists with overseeing box office event day staff and works with guests to resolve any escalated ticketing issues. Supervisors will be responsible for managing staff during event time and handling the resolution of escalated guest needs. This position will interact with parents, players, guests, coaches, referees, hockey directors and team captains and requires the ability to communicate with a focus on delivering a world class hockey experience.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00 to $22.00.

The Senior Accountant will work in partnership with the Director of Finance to monitor, control, and audit all financial transactions, and to perform a full range of professional accounting duties involved in fiscal management, record keeping, reporting and financial analysis for OVG at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
