This position will work with the Marketing Department to market the venue and events while creating and maintaining relationships with media and promotional partners. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in graphic design, advertising, interactive media, ticketing analysis, promotions, backstage activation, artist gifts, public relations and grassroots efforts for events as assigned.
This position is responsible for patrolling all areas of property and parking lots, securing doors, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees and contract labor while on premises; securing property during move in/out trade shows, conventions or events.
Performs facility set-ups, tear-downs, clean-up and routine building maintenance as scheduled. Light to moderate building maintenance is included in these requirements
Responsible for ticket sales for shows or events by performing the following duties.
The Event Operations Intern will work within the Operations Department and will assist in the planning and execution of events including San Diego Legion, San Diego Wave FC, special events and concerts. The Event Operations Intern will be provided the opportunity to shadow various departments to learn all aspects of event planning and execution.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 phr.
The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly wage of between $16.50 phr and $18.50 phr.

The Concessions and Bar Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions and bar operations within a specified area in the venue. The Concessions and Bar Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Finance plans and directs all aspects of financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control functions for the stadium by performing personally or through subordinate supervisors. The Director of Finance directly supervises the Finance Department and Box Office Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with OVG360’s policies and applicable laws. Other responsibilities include overseeing the interviewing, hiring of fulltime employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
This role will pay a salary between $110,000 and $130,000.
The Business Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Berger Foundation Iceplex. Assist General Manager in administrative duties as needed, provide building support, as necessary as manager on duty.

The individual hired will work out of the corporate office in New York City on the OVG Global Partnerships team. Suitable for the role are smart, curious and entrepreneurial professionals who have a track record of success in the sports & entertainment sponsorship industry. This candidate will primarily be working on 3rd Party projects within the OVG Global Partnerships division and assist the team with various tasks that vary from Business Development, Sales, Platform Development, Reporting, etc.
This role will pay an hourly wage between $24.04 to $28.85.

The candidate will execute all aspects of the sale process, promote to potential clients, establish working relationship, represent at tradeshows, initiate sales calls, and ensure booking information is maintained. Focus of events includes, but is not limited to, Conventions, Meetings, Trade and Consumer Shows, Banquets, Galas, Weddings, and other social business.
This role pays a salary of between $65,478.40 and $70,000.
The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned OGV360 venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, Full-Time and Part-Time position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager partner closely with the Venue Manager to work collaboratively on presenting the OVG brand to the client, guests and employees.
