PPG Paints Arena is seeking candidates for the Tour Guide position. Primary duties will include giving guided tours of PPG Paints Arena home of the Pittsburgh Penguins, working with groups of all ages, assisting with guests entering each facility including check-in, and providing top-notch customer service.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.56  

As directed by the department lead, this part-time position maintains the general maintenance of the facility, as well as the preparation and tearing down of events.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $19.53/hr.    Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following 90-day probationary period
