This part-time position provides assistance and essential support for PPG Paints Arena events including hockey games, concerts, family shows, etc.  Specifically, an Event Housekeeping Supervisor oversees 40 part-time event sweeping staff.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $22.00.   For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Senior Event Manager provides professional services to promoter representatives to ensure all requirements are met for all sporting events, family shows, and concerts.  Oversee and supervise Operations Department event staff to develop and promote best practices in elevating service excellence. Salary $65,000.00 to $70,000.00  

Assists customers, clients, events staff, tenants, employees and the general public by operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls, providing information, and delivering any other customer service needed, by performing the following duties.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.    For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

As directed by the department lead, this part-time position maintains the general maintenance of the facility, as well as the preparation and tearing down of events.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.78.  Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following 90-day probationary period   For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Director of Security is responsible for managing a team of Security Supervisors and Officers, ultimately ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable entertainment experience for our guests by planning, monitoring, directing, delegating, controlling, and managing all functions of the Security Department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, personnel management, risk management, loss prevention, fire/life safety, security/safety training, investigations, budgeting, emergency preparedness, and disaster prevention.   This role will pay a wage of $75,000 to $80,000.   For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
