This position is responsible for overall leadership, planning, administration, and management of the MBCC dock operations and logistics. The Loading Dock Supervisor will be focused on delivering the highest level of customer service, while maximizing efficiencies, to ensure safe and efficient operation of the loading docks. The Loading Dock Supervisor will work with internal MBCC departments, clients, exhibitors, vendors, and contract partners, as directed. The Loading Dock Supervisor ensures there is a coordinated effort in preparation for and execution of the move in/out of each event, in compliance with MBCC policies. The Loading Dock Supervisor is also responsible for the supervision of Waste Management.
The Senior Event Manager will manage the event planning and execution of, but not limited to, citywide events and will assist the Director of Event Services with oversight of the Event Managers.
