The video board production team strives to enhance fans’ gameday experience in S.B. Ballard Stadium and Chartway Arena. Using audio (music), fan shots, replays, stats, and engaging content on the video board, the collaborative team works to provide fans with an immersive and engaging experience – all while capturing the action of the game. In addition to in-venue gameday atmosphere, our camera operators also contribute to the digital broadcasts of each game.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00.

This is a front-line customer service position for Chartway Arena and ODU Athletic events.  Ticket Sellers assist customers in person at the arena and ODU Athletic facilities in addition to handling phone calls.  Transactions typically include ticket sales (working through customer seating and price requests, cash handling, credit card processing, using a computer), will call functions (locating tickets, researching confirmation details), and customer inquiries (understanding policies and procedures, providing accurate information, researching answers and transactions) while providing a high-level of customer service.
