This position performs a full range of duties assigned including the more complex repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment. The Production Crew Member performs technical work in the coordination

As a Parking Coordinator this position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Manager of Parking and Mobility and the Assistant Parking Manager with all parking activities at the Steven Tanger Center and the Greensboro Complex as needed. The Parking Coordinator will oversee the Steven Tanger Center parking staff, who will be the first point of contact in providing a memorable first impression for all guests and employees. The role requires the ability to provide guests with direction and answering guests inquiries and/or questions. This position will also support oversight of the use of three city garages for the Steven Tanger Center performances.  

As a Ticket Seller, you will serve as a key point of information and customer service, expertly managing the ticketing system to provide a seamless experience for all guests. Your role requires a thorough understanding of each event, including seating charts and venue configurations, along with the intricate details of our Broadway Season policies.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

As a Call Center Specialist for the call center, you will be working directly with the customer via phone and email to answer general inquiries, address concerns, and assist with requests and services. This position uses the Ticketmaster system (Archtics and Host) and focuses heavily on CRM.  Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success.     This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00.
