The Line Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue.  The Line Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. The Line Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $14.00.   

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $8.00 to $10.25  

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the alcohol serving of guests in the arena at various Bar locations, including portables & Premium locations, The Bar Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.  The Bar Supervisor will assist the Concessions Bar & Premium Management staff and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events.   The Bar Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

The Finance Assistant will provide essential administrative and accounting support to the Finance Manager. This role will assist with payroll, accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processing, general ledger (GL) entries, HR and scheduling tasks, and other general clerical duties. The Finance Assistant will also support month-end closing activities, perform account reconciliations, and help ensure company assets and financial data are safeguarded and properly maintained.   This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$27.00

The Concession Mobile Order Runner prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.   This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$16.50 and is tip eligible (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement.

The Banquet Server is an on call position that provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Server duties start with setting tables, buffet lines and beverage stations. Servers will man buffets and clear plates from tables. End of night duties include clearing the room, washing and putting away all dishes and equipment. Some events are plated dinners that will require seerrving plates of food to the guests. We also offer bar services where server may be asked to bartend or help out with bar services having a valid MAST permit.
