This Parking Lot Attendant position is committed to providing world class service for all Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Parking Lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.   This role pays an hourly rate of $15.50.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.

The Premium Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. A Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible

The Premium Club Runner assists the Club Server in delivery exceptional service and any other tasks around the Club area. The Club Runner is primarily responsible for preparing and stocking the Pantry with the appropriate product, utensils & supplies. They assist in the set up and execution of food and beverage items as well as delivery of restaurant orders during the event. Following the event, the Runner will ensure the Pantry is cleaned and restocked. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be able to work events as scheduled per business need.  

The Horse Park Events Assistant helps ensure a great experience for all horse show attendees. This position assists the Horse Park Event Manager in providing event services to clients and patrons. These include using the reservation management system, online/phone/in-person reservations of event utilities, stalls, RV parking, and all orders related to Horse Park events.   This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$17.00

The Inseat Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. The inseat server will serve all guests in the stadiums premium inseat locations. The inseat server will take orders, deliver food and beverage and maintain cleanliness in all inseat areas.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.10 and is tip eligible (per CBA). Premium Club & Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in the venues bar and club areas. The Premium Club & Bar Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Club & Bar Supervisor will assist the Bar Manager and Concessions Manager with projects including training, inventory and special events. The Premium Club & Bar Supervisor is responisble for overseeing all bar, club & inseat staff.   

The Bar Back is responsible for backing up the bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed.  The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.90 and is tip eligible (per CBA).

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. This Warehouse Runner position is responsible for the stocking and rotation of products at all concession locations on a daily basis. This position will also assist in receiving and storage of all products and maintenance and cleaning of food service equipment. Prior experience within a food service environment is essential.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $13.00.    Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching

The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares food items in stands and ensures quality. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.   This role pays an hourly rate of $23.10 (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement.  

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Front of House Utility(Runner) position will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment by providing support to the restaurant staff at McCormick Place Convention Center.    This role will pay an hourly rate of $28.01 (per CBA).
