As a Lifeguard, you will ensure the safety and well-being of all pool users by maintaining optimal swimming conditions on the pool, deck and surrounding areas. You will also foster a positive and welcoming environment that encourages safety and engagement in accordance with Facility policies and procedures. A minimum of 2-3 lifeguards are on duty during all operating hours (including but not limited to team practices, programs and public swim.)
