This Event Staff position is responsible for patrolling all areas of property and parking lots, securing doors, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees and contract labor while on premises; securing property during move in/out trade shows, conventions or events.
Under the direction of the Director of Events & Security, and Event Manager, Event Staff are responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience for all PPL Center patrons. Event Staff enforce all rules, regulations and policies of the PPL Center, while providing excellent customer service.
The Dishwasher serves a variety of essential back-of-house and front of house Food & Beverage roles, including working as a dishwasher, food runner, deep cleaning the kitchen and all equipment, and other miscellaneous duties. The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, smallwares, serving materials, and cooking equipment. Dishwashers are required to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. Dishwashers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment, including but not limited to steamers, ovens, mixers, grills, and dishwashing equipment.
The Premium Club Prep Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests in our Premium Club Area. The Premium Club Prep Cook will often have direct contact with the public working at stations, slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. The Premium Club Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 to $16.00

The Prep Cook must adhere to high company standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas the Prep Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for the setup, sanitation, cleaning, and closing of their workstation area.

The Premium Suite Runner assists the Suite Attendants Premium Services Manager in providing guests with a pleasant experience. The Runner is primarily responsible for preparing and stocking the Suites Areas and Pantry with the appropriate product, utensils & supplies. They assist in the set up and execution of preordered food and beverage items as well as delivery of restaurant orders during the event. Following the event, the Runner will ensure the Pantry is cleaned and restocked.
The Premium Club Lead will assist management in the oversight of staff and operations in our exclusive premium club seating area. They will be focused on high-quality customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include assisting with the guidance of staff, managing guest experiences, ensuring food and beverage service is impeccable, coordinating special events, and assisting management with training and inventory.
The Suite Attendant is responsible for providing food and beverage service in the premium suite areas. The Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The Suite Attendant must maintain attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $14.00 and is tip eligible
The Zamboni Operator will perform general labor duties as assigned. Duties included but not limited to building conversions for various events, familiarity with all aspects of facility operations and maintenance in addition to ice making, ice maintenance and repair.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 to $19.00

Housekeeping is responsible for the continuous cleaning of the facility, as well as keeping the environment safe and hazard free for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff. They are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready to go for all events and presentable at all times. They must communicate in a friendly, respectful and understanding manner with both colleagues and guests alike. They must politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find answers when unsure. Must be a team player, cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments.
Operations Staff performs the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building and landscaping. Overnight hours can be expected on occasion.
