The Sportsbook Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $22 to $24.
Under direct supervision from the Operations Manager and/or Operations Supervisor, Operations Building Attendants perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks as assigned. In the absence of the Operations Manager or Supervisor, the Operations Staff may receive instruction from the Director of Event Services, General Manager, or the Manager on duty.
