Operations Crew Members will report to the Operations Manager. This position will work alongside the operations team to participate in conversions, event set ups, event break downs, etc.
Position Details:

The Banquet Captain coordinates and oversees entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.00.

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions operations within a specified geographical area. The Concessions Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth operation of the Concessions Department. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends. Flexible availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude are required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $18.00.

Under the General Manager’s supervision, the Director of Operations is responsible for day-to-day facility operations including changeover, housekeeping, maintenance, event management, security, parking, guest services and Community Ice operations. Additional responsibilities will include assisting the General Manager with capital improvement projects, customer service, purchasing, human resources, policy and procedure formation and execution.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $90,000.

CONVERSION CREW / OPERATIONS (PT)
Operations Conversion team members are responsible for setting up the venue for the various events that enter the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center and maintaining the facility through the duration of the event as scheduled.
This is an evergreen position and but position may close in 3-6 months.
The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $26.00.

The Conference Sales Manager is responsible for booking corporate, private and internal Robert Morris University events through an aggressive marketing and sales program. The Conference Sales Manager will work on conference and meeting space booking opportunities, work with clients on rates and contract terms and convey this information to all departments. The candidate will be able to execute all aspects of the sale process, promote to potential clients, establish working relationships, initiate sales calls and ensure booking information is maintained and up to date.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $65,000.

Role will assist the SIte Director with the overall management of Building Site operation activities leading up to and during UBS Arena events.

The F&B Utility Team Member assists in back of house and front of house operations of the F&B department. Areas of focus include providing barback services and assisting with the dish room, trash removal, and other stewarding duties. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $11 to $13.00.

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

The Food and Beverage Part Time Crew member can work large events to small caterings. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

The Parking Attendants are responsible for the parking areas, including direction to patrons and collection of parking fees.

A critical function of the Sous Chef will be to actively mentor, train and help employees meet company quality standards, and to promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

The position of Zamboni Driver/Ice Technician is responsible for the ice rink, proper safe operation of the ice resurfacer (Zamboni), maintenance of all areas pertaining to and or involved in maintaining a quality sheet of ice for a professional hockey team. The ice technician will report to the head ice technician. This is a part-time, seasonal position. (September-end of hockey season)
