As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere

The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. A Hospitality Cashier takes orders, prepares and serves concession items to guests.  Ensures quality of food presentation. Uses a POS (point of sale system) and accepts payment.  Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the Iowa Cubs Baseball Schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is based in an outdoor environment, with varying weather conditions.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00. plus tips   

The Cook 2 prepares food for the Suite orders at Principal Park. This may include preparing items for buffet service and individual orders, Responsible for set-up, sanitation, cleaning and closing of workstation area.  Employees will work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.  The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event schedule based on the Iowa Cubs Baseball Schedule (March to May). Shifts include day, night, weekend and holiday hours.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $17.25. plus tips   

The Cook 1 is responsible for prep work and cooking hot food items in the Concession Stands according to product specifications.  Position assists with set-up, dishes and responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with company/State specifications. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. Work schedule includes days, nights, weekends, holidays during the Iowa Cubs Baseball Season (March-September). This position requires work in all types of weather.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.50. plus tips
