Additionally, the Events and Marketing Coordinator will assist both the Events Manager and Director of Marketing and Business Development with digital display, media campaigns, as well as contract deliverables and execution. The Events and Marketing Coordinator is accountable for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for clients, guests, and staff.
This role will pay a wage of $23.08 to $27.03.

The Utah Valley Convention Center, located in downtown Provo, is looking for an outstanding, dynamic intern who is eager to learn all aspects of the convention center business. This intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our various departments, Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Operations, Building Services, AV, Engineering, Security, Finance and Food & Beverage to receive a comprehensive overview of the convention centers daily operations. You will be asked to spend 20-35 (depending on events) hours a week here and your schedule should be somewhat flexible.

Security Manager
We are seeking a highly capable security manager to develop and implement security strategies at Acrisure Arena. You will be creating security policies and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations, and coordinating security staff.
To ensure success as a security manager, you should possess extensive knowledge of surveillance techniques and experience in a similar role. A top-notch security manager will be someone whose security expertise results in a safe and well-protected environment at our Arena and of our Guests. This position reports to the Director of Security.
This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $85,000.

Perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the direction of the kitchen’s daily activities in accordance with OVG policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive, productive and compliant work environment. The Executive Chef is solely responsible for the effective management and operation of the culinary team including event planning support, scheduling, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety, employee training and supervision, and any other tasks assigned by the F&B Director. The Executive Chef must provide a high level of oversight, culinary proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running all food outlets and events.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Executive Chef must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills and self-direction required.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $65,000.

The Vice President, Sales and Marketing Operations is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to optimize the sales and marketing growth plan for the company. The VP is tasked with leading proposal and RFP responses while enhancing the overarching OVG360 value proposition and marketing capabilities to support the sales team, drive business wins and support current clients/properties.
