The Catering Manager provides support and assistance with Catering activities as well as providing assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Catering Manager will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Catering Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
The Catering Manager will provide oversight and resolution responsibility for employee performance issues. The Catering Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the Catering Manager will be to actively mentor, train and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which include evenings, weekends and holidays. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude required.
This role will pay a salary of $50,000 to $60,000.

Our in-house culinary team is seeking additional Banquet Servers for a variety of events. Event types include but are not limited to meetings, weddings, concessions, ticketed shows and concerts. Banquet servers will be responsible for providing superior customer service to all guests, fulfilling event needs as promised as well as adapting to individual guest requests.

This Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting in the administration, planning, budgeting and direction for the operations of the Center including front and back of house services, technical services, information technology, conversion, custodial services, and equipment inventory control. Insures an effective and cost efficient program by controlling the Operations budget, and performs related day to day responsibilities as required.
Coordinates all elements of facility operations including budgeting, purchasing, directs the operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, custodial, grounds, sound, lighting, a/v equipment, tele-communications systems, security, smoke/fire detectors and traffic control. Manager will serve as facility safety chairman to maintain a safe and secure facility for the public and employees.

This role will pay a salary of $40,000 to $55,000.
