They are also responsible basic maintenance and upkeep of both the building and property. Salary Range $14.65 - $16.81/Hour

The Director of Premium Seating is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing the Premium Seating sales effort on behalf of the XL Center, Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field, and the Hartford Wolf Pack. The basic functions include Premium Seating and Sponsorship sales and servicing along with finding ways to grow revenue for the venues while maintaining high levels of client services.
Salary Ranage: $40,000

The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue. This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department. The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.
The Catering Sales Manager maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients. The Sales Manager will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding customer service; researching, resolving and clarifying invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections. The Sales Manager will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with all guests and vendors. Must be available to assist with general catering operations as needed.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. This role pays a wage of $17phr.
The Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club areas to includes both sideline clubs as well as the Establishment Club The Premium Clubs Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Clubs Supervisor will assist the Premium Club Manager with projects including training, inventory and special events.The Premium Clubs Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
The Banquet Captain coordinates and oversees entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordinator, Guest & Premium Experience is a full-time hourly position that reports directly to the Director, Guest & Premium Experience. Under the general supervision of the Director, position will assist in overseeing the Guest Experience and Premium teams, assist with scheduling, training events and payroll processing for the department.

The Berger Foundation Iceplex is a year round facility. The Figure Skating Director will operate, administer, coordinate and evaluate the Iceplex's community youth and adult figure skating programs through the day-to-day operations of the skate academy, freestyles, competitions, clinics and camps. The Figure Skating Director is responsible for implementation, administration, promotion, marketing, and programming of all phases of the USFS Learn to Skate group lesson program for the community. Includes scheduling of classes, instructors, assistants, and setting up class rosters. Responsible for registration, enrollment, placement, testing, and test registration and addressing guest’s questions and concerns, as well as on ice instruction if necessary.
This role will pay between $15.50 and $22.50 phr.
