The Sportsbook Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $22.00 to $24.00  

This Operations Crew position is physically demanding and requires individuals who are willing to engage in hands-on labor to ensure the successful setup, maintenance, and breakdown of events. Crew members are responsible for the heavy lifting, physical setup, and facility maintenance required to keep the arena and its events running smoothly. The primary tasks associated with this position are event conversions, changing the ice surface to a temporary floor for various events, setting up and striking stages, and event set up for all games or events.   

The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Tsongas Center and LeLacheur Park. This position is responsible for performing routine general maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, basic facility repairs, and more. The technician will also assist in coordinating larger repair projects and maintaining the overall functionality of the facilities. This is an essential role for ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for both event staff and guests.

The Scorekeeper & Arena Attendant position reports directly to the Hockey Program Manager and while scorekeeping is responsible for operating the scoreboard and tracking and recording goals, shots, and penalties on a paper or online scoresheet during hockey league games. Event Coordinators may work alongside Venue Director or in the absence of Venue Director. This is a part-time, as needed, position with no minimum number of hours guaranteed.
