Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations and Operations Managers, the Supervisor on Duty has the primary responsibility manage day-to-day operations that include, but are not limted to, programs, events and physical facilities.
Customer Service Representative is responsible for the Front Information Desk. This is where the Customer Service Representative can be most effective to greet our guests, answer questions, check in vendors, accept and log deliveries, answer incoming telephone calls, maintain lost and found items, accept payment(s) for programs, events and point-of-sale purchases and confirm or adjust (as needed) locker room assignments. The Customer Service Representative also performs a variety of other support for the administration office, staff and the facility in general.

The Operations Supervisor directs, manages, supervises and coordinates event setup activities and operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Director of Event Operations.
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
A member of the Operations Changeover Team is primarily responsible for the changeover from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Operations Changeover Team may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Operations Changeover Team is a vital component of the Arena in responding to the needs of promoters and clients – a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.

To oversee the direction of the kitchen’s daily activities in accordance with Spectra policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive, productive and compliant work environment. Responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the overall kitchen operations, including food and labor cost controls. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the effective management and operation of the public food culinary team including event planning support, scheduling, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety, employee training and supervision, and any other tasks assigned by the GM or Executive Chef.

The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional operation of the food service operations at IMG Academy, the world’s most prestigious sports, performance and educational institution. This individual oversees culinary operation for the Academy, providing meals for students and culinary special events in the year-round facility. The General Manager oversees Managerial staff and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food and beverage-related ordinances. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager partners closely with the IMG Academy team to work collaboratively on presenting the best culinary experience to student athletes, guests and employees.
The Welcome Center Specialist will support the Berger Foundation Iceplex guest experience, point of sale front desk, and programming activity. This will include cross-collaboration with program leaders for youth hockey, adult hockey, figure skating, and in-venue events to maximize efficiency and customer communication.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 per hour.
