The Event Décor & Coordination Specialist is primarily responsible for creating beautiful, customized event environments at the Ken Garff University Club in Rice-Eccles Stadium. This role focuses on décor planning, set-up, and styling to elevate the client and guest experience, while still supporting coordination tasks that ensure events run smoothly.
Because of the nature of events, this position requires a flexible part-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$18.00

Under direct supervision from a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, part-time Housekeeping/Setup Workers perform event set-up and tear down, custodial/housekeeping duties and light maintenance tasks as assigned. This is a part-time, as needed position, with no minimum number of hours guaranteed. Work schedules are determined by event activity on an as needed basis.

The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay a hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00.

The Maintenance Technician position is general labor in nature. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers assist Maintenance Technicians in various maintenance related tasks. In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers may receive instruction from the Maintenance Technicians or the Director of Operations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50-$22.00
The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and silverware and disposal of trash. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleanliness of all back of house areas including sanitization and maintenence of equipment, shelving, tabletops, floors, walls, and more. Dishwashers will assist in pulling and staging all equipment prior to set-up, during the event and during clean-up. Dishwashers are expected to stay composed and flexible in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong initiative and teamwork to ensure event success.

Under general supervision from the Director of Event Services, Event Manager plan and coordinate multiple events managing every aspect of their assigned events from advance planning, during the event and including post event follow-up. Event Managers coordinate the work of facility event staff and serve as a liaison between facility users and facility staff, service providers, public safety agencies and event attendees.
The Event Manager is responsible responsible for and ensures overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
