The Ice Rink Attendant helps run the public events in the Mullins Center Community Ice Rink. They will operate the cash register and take point of sale payments, tend the skate rental room issuing and returning rental skates. They will perform light cleaning and janitorial duties around the Rink. Ice skating ability is not a requirement, but will act as a Skate Guard during public skating.    Weekend availability is a requirement for Friday and Saturday evenings.   

The Conversion Manager at PeoplesBank Arena plays a critical role in ensuring seamless event setups, breakdowns, and overall facility upkeep. This is primarily an overnight position, though shifts may vary based on event schedules. The Conversion Manager is expected to be on-site after every event to oversee conversions and post-event clean-ups and will also supervise union staff during non-event days for setups and routine maintenance. The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Marketing and Sales Manager supports the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and group sales efforts across all American Bank Center venues, including the arena, auditorium, and convention center. This position plays a key role in driving revenue through advertising, digital marketing, public relations, promotions, and select group sales initiatives. Also, assisting in graphic design, interactive media, ticketing analysis, and grassroots efforts for events as assigned.

The Event Staff Supervisor will oversee and direct the Event Staff. This role plays an essential part of guest experience and help build memories for the staff and those in attendance. The position is in close communication with the event managers and may at times need to make educated decisions on how to deliver positive customer service on their own within the policies and procedures established.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00
