The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This is mostly for a daytime postiion with an occasional evening shift. Option to work during MP concerts is available if desired.  

The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00 to $15.00  

As a Production Runner in the production department, you will be responsible for driving vehicles (rented or personal) for the visiting production team on show dates as directed by the Tour or Venue Management.   This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 to $25.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Set-Up Lead performs oversight of event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks as assigned. Event Coordinator serves as liaison between event organizers, guests, facility staff, service providers and other stakeholders. Event Coordinators may work alongside Venue Director or in the absence of Venue Director. This is a part-time, as needed, position with no minimum number of hours guaranteed. The Bar Back is responsible for backing up the bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. The Scorekeper position reports directly to the Hockey Program Manager and is responsible for operating the scoreboard and tracking and recording goals, shots, and penalties on a paper or online scoresheet during hockey league games. The part-time Room Set-Up Technicians priority will be to complete room set-up/strike activity for all client related events. This would include the set / strike of various numbers and various configurations of tables, chairs, staging, bleachers, risers, dance floor, pipe & drape etc. into and out of facility event spaces. The Facilities Division of OVG360 has an exciting opening for a part-time Audio/Visual Engineer on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. The new arena is home to ASU Sun Devil Men’s Ice Hockey, ASU Wrestling, the NHL Arizona Coyotes, as well as variety of events, including concerts, family shows, comedy, and other live events.
