Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking an Application Services Analyst to join our team. The position will work with our Business Applications Manager, assisting in the deployment, implementation, and on-going support of key hospitality, food & beverage, and point-of-sale (POS) applications with our clients, in addition to any internal business applications identified.
The Application Services Analyst will need to have a good understanding of IT fundamentals in support of the various applications/platforms, not exclusive to application support.
This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.
Under supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Painter will use color theory principles to match shades, follow written and verbal instructions, and use a variety of tools to paint surfaces. In this role you will complete minor repairs and select correct paints and primers
The Director of Finance plans and directs all aspects of financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control functions for the venue by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors. The Director of Finance directly supervises the Finance Department and Box Office employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Spectra’s policies and applicable laws. Other responsibilities include overseeing the interviewing, hiring of fulltime employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Under general direction, performs journeyman electrician level and leadwork duties in the technical operation, maintenance and repair of electrical generating equipment, fire and smoke detection system, HVAC, and Building Automation systems, & auxiliary systems facility wide. With support of Engineering staff, will direct team on electrical projects in all buildings.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
8hrs of work game day evening mostly with some off- game day duties
Assisting equipment staff for game day duties
Laundry, Bench setup, tear down,
Assisting visiting teams
Airport pick ups
Lifting of 50lbs required
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.50 phr

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective management and running of venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. The Warehouse Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of (or preparation for) any assigned event. The Warehouse Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Warehouse Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.

The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the food & beverage serving of guests in the stadium at various Concessions stands, bars, and portable food & beverage locations.. The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events.

The Concessions Cashier is responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concessions Cashier will operate the Point of Sale system and collect money for purchased food and beverage items.

The Catering Supervisor oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Catering supervisors are also responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff.
Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for the creative solutions and needs at Enmarket Arena and Johnny Mercer Theatre with a main focus on graphic design as well as branding and social media content creation and management.
The Utility Worker/Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares, while also assisting in preparation and break-down of events. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
The Suite/Cateribg Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites and Catered events. The Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.

Under-supervision of Box Office Director, assist in the operation of the box office, implementing and following procedures,overseeing the box office while Director is away, maintaining bookkeeping, filing, ticket sales, and other box office duties.
