The Director of Event Services will oversee the Events and Guest Services Departments for the Cox Business Convention Center. This individual will manage every aspect of front of house operations in the facility from the advance planning stages through the end of the event. This position will recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all event and guest services staff. This person will also coordinate police presence and local public safety officials with Security to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event related staff and delegate assignments and be responsible for overall customer and lessee satisfaction.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $100,000.

Directly reporting to the Assistant General Manager of CBCC, the primary role of the Director of Sales is to manage the sales team to ensure that the highest quality and standards for revenue, economic impact goals and departmental sales goals objectives are met for each fiscal year. The DOS is responsible for providing oversight of day-to-day activities while maximizing targeted booking opportunities within the short-term 24-month timeframe. This position works collaboratively and collectively with Tulsa CVB for the Convention Center.
This position requires an energetic, innovative, knowledgeable, revenue driven, strong hospitality sales professional, to be accountable for the OVG’s mission to promote and sell the CBCC as a priority meeting space for TULSA. This is accomplished by developing and implementing ongoing strategic initiatives that will positively impact revenue.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $110,000.

Catering and banquet scheduler will be responsible for the day-to day scheduling of the Banquet and Beverage Department staff as provided by the Catering Manager and Food & Beverage Director. Scheduling duties may include, but are not limited to, calling and scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, maneuvering staff through pop up events, and keeping the Schedule organized. Ensure the schedule is completed and sent out in a timely manner as per defined by the CBA. Creating the daily Catering assignments for the department and troubleshoot issues that arise in daily operations. Will also assist with events that will require operational support from time to time, general clerical duties, and receive visitors.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for a full range of recruitment and administrative functions that ensure each event is adequately staffed with proper team members, distributing staff across multiple events to ensure that there is the proper variety of staff skill sets based on needs of each event. The Staffing Coordinator is in constant collaboration with key managers in the areas of venue management and F&B to identify and fulfill staffing needs and opportunities.
This role will pay a wage of $20 to $27.

The Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to both venue management and food services and hospitality employees. Responsible for building continuity and consistent human resource practices within all departments at at the BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center. This position will provide direction and support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and performance management as needed. The Human Resource Manager will further act as liaison to Corporate Human Resources to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, leadership and implementation of other company initiatives.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $95,000.

The Community Relations Manageris responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This team member will build and maintainstrong relationships to create a support system for the arena and its events through strong leadership, collaboration, and effective communications. The Community Relations Manager acts as liaison and works in collaborationwith leadership and other arena stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and community involvement.
This role will pay a salary of $53,000 to $64,000.
