The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for training and developing all service staff.
The Food & Beverage Manager must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events per business need.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $70,000.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $19.00.

Event Security staff are responsible for ensuring that the arena is a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Security staff will be responsible for ensuring guests enter safely, safety and security inside of the venue, limiting access to restricted areas, and de-escalating volatile situations
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $15.00.

Under general direction, the part-time electrician performs journeyman electrician level and leadwork duties in the technical operation, maintenance and repair of electrical generating equipment, fire and smoke detection system, HVAC, and Building Automation systems, & auxiliary systems facility wide. With support of Engineering staff, the part-time Electrician will support electrical projects in all buildings.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $25.

The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the direction of the cafe's daily activities in accordance with OVG policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive, productive and compliant work environment. The Chef Manager is solely responsible for the effective management and operation of the cafe team including event planning & catering support, scheduling, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety, employee training and supervision, and any other tasks assigned by the F&B General Manager. The Chef Manager must provide a high level of oversight, culinary proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running all food outlets and events. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Chef Manager must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills and self-direction required.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $75,000.

The Changeover Supervisor is responsible for leading one of our conversion crews, at Chartway Arena and/or at S.B. Ballard Stadium, in a safe and efficient manner under the direction of the Operations Manager. This includes staging, chairs, linens, platforms and other necessary equipment for our clients. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, planning for, and overseeing Changeover Crew members.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

A critical function of the Executive Sous Chef will be to actively mentor, train and help employees meet company quality standards, and to promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

This role will pay a salary of $45,000 to $52,000.

A Guest Service Event Staff member is an on-call, per event employee who will act as primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entertained at the Ford Idaho Center. This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $15.00.

The Catering Director oversees all catering and event operations provides support and assistance with Catering activities as well providing assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Catering Director will oversee and collaborate with C-Type clientel as well as Alameda County Fair Event Coordinators and Director of Events. Comunication and timliness of correspondance is crucial in this position.

The Event Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the events taking place in the venue including developing, coordinating, and supervising all event related activities key to the operation of the facility including but not limited to maintaining security staffing plans, labor management, collection and distribution of event information from promoter/show representatives, customer service representation to our guests and logistics of departmental activities relating to events.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.48 to $16.90.
