They will help to oversee all building security and management of operations of the facility, including policy formulation, production, maintenance, housekeeping, purchasing, contracted services, and construction. This position will assure the highest quality service to Robert Morris University, Robert Morris Athletics, and all tenants and/or stakeholders.
This role will pay a salary of $45,000 to $50,000.

This role will pay a salary of $85,000 to $110,000.

The Assistant Box Office Manager will provide Snapdragon Stadium clients with comprehensive event management and ticketing services, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the Box Office including event builds, ticket resolution, financial reporting and supervising part-time event staff. The Assistant Box Office Manager must be able to confidently interact with stadium teams such as Finance, Marketing, Premium Sales & Service, Front of House, Operations, and IT. Selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to season ticket holders and individual event purchasers at Snapdragon Stadium.
This role will pay a salary of $31.25/hr to $35.00/hr

Under the direction of the Director of Public Safety & Transportation, the Public Safety Manager provides leadership to the public safety full/part-time Supervisors and Public Safety Officers (PSO). Responsible for coordinating all event related public safety staffing. This includes working closely with MBCC Event Managers, MBCC transportation department, show management, contract partners and 3rd party security vendors.
On a daily basis, the Public Safety Manager will oversee shift briefings with the MBCC’s Supervisors and PSOs, monitor the command center and CCTV activity, verify life safety systems are functioning to capacity, review Deggy point logs, and patrol the MBCC Campus (Collins Canal Park, Pride Park, Rum Room and Venu) that OVG360 has oversight, management and maintenance.
This role will pay a salary of $65,000 to $73,000.
