The Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for driving new business sales for all OVG business units with a focus on our Seattle portfolio. This role will be responsible for achieving individual and department revenue goals though successful prospecting, pipeline management, strong relationships, business acumen, solution and objective-based ideation and selling, and negotiation. The Senior Manager will be immersed in all OVG property benefits and business lines. Additionally, the Senior Manager will have leadership responsibilities within the department on special projects.
This person will work in close collaboration with the entire department and organization to ensure organizational cohesion and synergy. Culture fit and the proven ability to operate successfully at a high level while leading in both thought and action with an organization first, department second, individual third mindset is critical.

The individual hired will work out of the corporate office in Los Angeles leading the Partnership Activation team within the Partnership and Marketing Services Department of OVG Global Partnerships; the sponsorship and marketing arm of Oak View Group (OVG). Suitable for the role are commercially aggressive professionals who have a track record in the sponsorship space of working on the delivery and execution of high value deals with creative activation strategies intertwined. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of OVG’s partnership portfolio, managing all contractually obligated income (COI) of sponsors, and overseeing the day-to-day staff (Coordinator) and execution of sponsorship assets. In this start-up environment, candidates who demonstrate entrepreneurial prowess will be favorable. The Account Executive, Premium Sales & Service position is responsible for driving concert-related revenue through the sales of premium and special event hospitality inventory at Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, MD. The position is also responsible for building, and maintaining, relationships with clients and prospects. This includes retaining, cultivating, and stewarding corporations as well as individual contract holders.
As a member of our Global Partnerships team, the Director of Sales of OVG Media & Conferences will be responsible for maintaining and driving new business revenue for our publications and annual industry conferences and events including Pollstar, Pollstar Live!, VenuesNow and the VenuesNow Conference. You will become part of the Global Partnerships team that is responsible for driving revenue at over 200 venues, 18 NBA & 19 NHL teams and was recognized as the winner of the 2021 Sports Business Awards Best in Property Consulting, Sales and Client Services. This position will work closely with the VP, Global Partnerships-Media & Conferences to create revenue generating initiatives, increase advertising sales, develop key industry relationships and continue to build or Pollstar and VenuesNow brands. This role will pay a salary between $64,480 and $70,000.
The Manager, Global Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and social media support for Oak View Group and its subsidiaries including Pollstar & VenuesNow. The manager of global corporate marketing will be tasked with driving awareness and registrations for our paid conferences (VenuesNow Conference, Pollstar Live! Conference, Green Sports Alliance) among other OVG ‘special events’. This person will play a key part in continuing to develop how OVG and its brands are represented in the marketplace and curating the OVG brand voice.
This role will pay a salary between $70,000 to $75,000 per year

The Director of Booking for the Oak View Group 360 Content & Events division shall report directly to the Senior Vice President of Content Development & Private Events.
This position will work within the framework of the Content & Events division, by way of content development, strategic promoter & content producer partnerships, innovative content control mechanisms, and will play a role in developing a unified venue network through information sharing and centralized data to best serve OVG360/OVG arena, theater, stadium, convention center, non-traditional venues, and clients, throughout the US and internationally. This position will solicit, and navigate, new content bookings within the assigned portfolio of venues with the goal of successfully routing content and maximizing opportunities.
Salary Range: $130k-$150k
