The Catering Supervisor provides support and assistance with Catering activities. The Catering Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the Catering Supervisor will be to actively mentor, train and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20.00 to $23.

The Runner is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage and paper stock throughout the venue. The Runner is expected to complete other tasks related to the maintenance of the warehouse and stands.

The Office Staff is responsible for coordinating with Management Staff to ensure events are opened and closed at the appropriate times. The Office Staff will also assemble required forms and ensure work force has properly filled out forms to completion. The Office Staff will visit work force locations to enforce all company policies and procedures related to food and beverage service. Additionally, the Office Staff will check on P.O.S. system functionality, acquire end of day reporting, and ensure Meal and Break guidelines have been followed.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.50 to $18.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Line Cook will occasionally have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.50 to $17.50.

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

The Bartender/Beer Tender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transaction at self-checkout areas. The Warehouse Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of (or preparation for) any assigned event. The Warehouse Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Warehouse Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay a wage of $65,000 to $70,000.

This position will work with the Director of Marketing to market the facilities and events while creating and maintaining relationships with media and promotional partners. The Operations Team makes our building function properly for each and every client or patron who walks through the doors. These positions set-up, maintain and tear-down equipment for each event while meeting the needs of every customer.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12.00.

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG departments at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, answering phones, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Provide support for month end closing and account reconciliations. Safeguard company assets and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the company.
It is critical that the Office Manager have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG staff where needed. Considering the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive.
This role will pay a wage of $19 to $21.

The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned OVG360 venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, f/t and p/t position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property.
This role will pay a wage of $75,000 to $95,000.

The Assistant Concessions Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will may initiate or recommend employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The ACM will provide oversight and resolution responsibility for employee performance issues. Actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends.
