Overview
Under the direction of the premium managers & leads, the Runner/Houseman/Barback is charged with the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and providing support to premium club bars/concessions, catering and suites team of frontline service associates. The associate must be available to work majority to all of the events taking place at CFG Bank Arena, including but not limited to concerts, family shows and private “non-event day” catering events.

The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Salary: $17hr

The position reports directly to the Director of Finance and is responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions associated with, but not limited to the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll processing. In addition to monitoring, controlling, and auditing for accuracy and compliance of all accounting transactions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented yet big picture sensitive, highly organized, and driven to excel in helping lead in the development of a comprehensive financial infrastructure that will be crucial to helping drive the success of the company.
Oversees the operation of the stand location. Responsible for ensuring quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed, oversees and participates in set-up and closing procedures and paperwork (basic math skills), and resolves problems with the assistance of a manager. Previous experience in a fast-paced, food service, supervisory position preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending, stretching, and reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.

The Club Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transactions including at self-checkout. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
Salary: $15hr

The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transaction at self-checkout areas. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
Salary: $15hr

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the effective leadership and running of venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. The Warehouse Lead must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of (or preparation for) any assigned event. The Warehouse Lead will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
Salary: $20-$22hr

The Premium Clubs Lead is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club areas to includes the East, West and Center clubs. The Premium Clubs Lead must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Clubs Lead will assist the Management Team with projects including training, inventory and special events.The Premium Clubs Lead must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Salary: $20-$22hr

The Concessions Lead is responsible for assisting with the overall effective operation of assigned area/level concession locations including food preparation and production, inventory, cash control, total compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer supervision, and closing duties. The Concessions Supervisor will provide limited oversight of employee performance issues. The focus will be on lending support to the hourly and Not for profit to ensure that all aspects of concessions operations within the assigned sector are fully operational. The majority of the Concessions Supervisor’s time will be spent actively mentoring, training and helping employees and volunteers meet company quality standards, and in promoting a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Salary: $20-$22hr

As a representative of the Guest Services Staff, you will be responsible for greeting guests and assisting them throughout the stadium, monitoring crowd behavior and taking steps to ensure that each guest has a positive experience at Subaru Park. The Guest Service Staff works hard to make sure our facility looks its best and our guests receive the assistance they need. All Guest Staff members work with the mindset of completing our mission of providing our Guests with the “highest quality sports and entertainment experience” possible.
Event Security staff are responsible for ensuring that the arena is a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Security staff will be responsible for ensuring guests enter safely, safety and security inside of the venue, limiting access to restricted areas, and de-escalating volatile situations
Guest Services and Security
A Guest Service Attendant is an on-call, per event employee who will act as primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entertained at the Ford Idaho Center. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all service needs are met. Guest Service Attendants will work in positions as needed including; usher, ticket taker, suite staff and door guards.
This position is based at our Ford Idaho Center. The Ford Idaho Center features a variety of flexible spaces to host events of all types and sizes. The Ford Idaho Center is a unique combination of three venues under one complex: Ford Idaho Center Arena, Ford Idaho Sports Center, and Ford Idaho Horse Park. The complex is flexible to meet the needs of events of all types and sizes. It is well-suited for conventions, meetings, tradeshows, sporting, social and entertainment events.
This position is committed to providing World Class Service for all Donald L. Tucker Civic Center arena events. The Event Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events. Special security assignments may be available during non-event days/nights. The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must always exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director and the Operations Team in the performance of supporting all departments at the venue. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, appointment setting, correspondence, meeting minutes, and keeping the Director and the Operations Team organized, as well as assisting with expense reports, creating PowerPoint presentations when needed, HR liaison, basic office supply and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot daily issues that arise in everyday operations, and general clerical duties. Will also assist in the updating of training manuals, receive visitors, sort/distribute mail and faxes, and channel necessary communications.
Salary: $16- $ 18hr

Job Summary:
Catering Server B is responsible for serving guests in the venue dining areas at catering functions. Catering Waitstaff must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.

The Utility Worker is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage and paper stock throughout the venue. The Utility Worker is expected to complete other tasks related to the maintenance of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary areas. The utility worker is responsible for supporting the beverage department, catering department and concessions department by delivering equipment, preparing support equipment such as clothing and skirting support tables and delivering carts to guest areas in preparation for events.

The Kitchen Cook A is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Kitchen Cook A will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. Kitchen Cook A must possess the skills and abilities to prep, fire, and serve an event with a minimum of 50 guests. A Kitchen Cook A must able to take direction from supervisory staff to include Executive Chef, Executive Sous, Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Supervisors.

The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event. This position will have an emphasis on hiring, training, scheduling and supervising all event staff, as well as interacting with building and parking security and local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
