The coordinator with support the team in the absence of the Director of Turf & Grounds and Manager of Turf and Grounds. This is an hourly paid position.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $26.00.

The Public Safety Manager will liaison with our internal Event Management Department as well as the external Show Organizers to ensure safety and security protocols are in place for each event occurring at McCormick Place. In doing so, this position is responsible for receiving, appraising, and maintaining the required event security plans from each Show Organizer.
This role will pay a salary of $75,000 to $100,000.

Focus of events includes but is not limited to Conventions, Meetings, Trade and Consumer Shows, Banquets, Galas, Weddings, and other social business.
This role will pay a salary of $67,725 to $72,725.

The Director of Ticketing will create and oversee all concert and other event ticketing operations for the CFG Bank Arena. The Candidate will be a driven self-starter who works well without significant oversight. In addition, the candidate will have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with all members of the team. This candidate will interface with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Feld, and other promoters to create and manage their events.
The Director of Ticketing will ensure his or her team is operating within the scope of Generally Accepted Ticket Operations Standards and Practices. He/She shall manage all ticket distribution and will hire, train, supervise and manage the Box Office staff which may exceed over 20 people. Director of Ticketing will be proficient in TM One, TM Host, Archtics, Account Manager and Microsoft Office.
This role will pay a salary of $105,000 - $110,000.

This internship will provide experience with assisting the Premium Experience team as well as the box office with sales and service projects, Box Office management, event day operations, as well as CRM management. Intern will gain a working knowledge of client management, event day operations, Salesforce, and Paciolan ticketing system. The intern will receive training in a wide variety of areas, including Box Office operations, sales and marketing, and event-day logistics. The intern will receive valuable experience working with VIP clientele. This internship will leave the candidate prepared for a future career in the industry.

The Event Supervisor is a part-time, hourly-paid position that plays a vital role with all aspects of assigned events at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Liberty Park including, but not limited to event conversions, moving event equipment around the Stadium and parking lot areas, etc. This position will act an event contact for assigned events, that include team practices and other ancillary activities.

The Warehouse Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Warehouse Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
