The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and he management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.
The Ice Crew member assists with game day ice operations: Performs snow cleanup during TV timeouts for UMass Hockey games at the Mullins Center. Assist with goal net handling and installation. Assist with ice repairs as directed by Game Day Operations Supervisor. Ice Crew members must be proficient ice skaters.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00
The Marketing and Sales Manager supports the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and group sales efforts across all American Bank Center venues, including the arena, auditorium, and convention center. This position plays a key role in driving revenue through advertising, digital marketing, public relations, promotions, and select group sales initiatives. Also, assisting in graphic design, interactive media, ticketing analysis, and grassroots efforts for events as assigned.
The Event Staff Supervisor will oversee and direct the Event Staff. This role plays an essential part of guest experience and help build memories for the staff and those in attendance. The position is in close communication with the event managers and may at times need to make educated decisions on how to deliver positive customer service on their own within the policies and procedures established.
