The Specialty/Display Cook works under close supervision while assisting the Chef or Sous Chef accordingly.  The Specialty/Display Cook is responsible for the prepping and preparation of food as directed.  The tasks assigned must be completed quickly and efficiently while still abiding by necessary guidelines that will ensure quality standards are met.   This Part-Time role pays an hourly rate of $28.55 to $30.55 (CBA).   

Under direct supervision from an Event Services Supervisor, Event Setup Housemen perform event set-up and tear down, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as assigned. In the absence of an Event Services Supervisor, may receive instruction from the Event Services Lead, Director of Events, Event Manager or Manager on Duty.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.50

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting with venue distribution/warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, distribution, stocking, cleanup, transfers, and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Concession Stand Lead oversees the operation of the stand location and is responsible for ensuring quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed, oversees and participates in set-up and closing procedures and paperwork (basic math skills), and resolves problems with the assistance of a manager.
