The Figure Skating Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned programs from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise related staff to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer satisfaction and experience.   This position requires a leader that develops an innovative skate academy and figure skating program at the new Iceplex. This role requires a hard-working detail-oriented individual that is exceptional at communicating across departments.  This is a Part Time Non - Exempt Role and is paid hourly between $30 and $32 per hour. You will be creating security policies and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations, and coordinating security staff.
