This Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting in the administration, planning, budgeting and direction for the operations of the Center including front and back of house services, technical services, information technology, conversion, custodial services, and equipment inventory control. Insures an effective and cost efficient program by controlling the Operations budget, and performs related day to day responsibilities as required.

The Marketing & Group Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for all sales of new and renewed Group Ticket Sales, grassroot marketing efforts, and assisting the Box Office Manager on event days. The Marketing & Group Ticketing Coordinator will execute all group sale transactions and report to the Director of Marketing and Box Office Manager in relation to their goals. In addition, facilitate the group sales department efforts to fulfill various asset experiences each event, communicating with the entire staff on these events and analyze them to improve for the future.
