This position will inspire and foster communications between business development, marketing, public relations and others to facilitate the strategic growth of Oak View Group. Catering and banquet scheduler will be responsible for the day-to day scheduling of the Banquet and Beverage Department staff as provided by the Catering Manager and Food & Beverage Director. Scheduling duties may include, but are not limited to, calling and scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, maneuvering staff through pop up events, and keeping the Schedule organized. Ensure the schedule is completed and sent out in a timely manner as per defined by the CBA. Creating the daily Catering assignments for the department and troubleshoot issues that arise in daily operations. Will also assist with events that will require operational support from time to time, general clerical duties, and receive visitors.
