Responsible for ensuring Public Safety and customer satisfaction for external and internal customers by making regular and routine rounds of the facility to ensure that the facility is secure and safe. Following all safety and emergency procedures, directing traffic, holding assigned posts, providing assistance and information to customers, and other duties as described below.    This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.32.  

The 2nd Cook is responsible to prepare food for concession stands and banquets in a timely manner meeting Ovations quality standards   The 2nd Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business needs.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.49.  

The Core 1st Cook is responsible for preparing menu items for concession stands and banquets utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner meeting OVG quality standards. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen. This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.31.   Benefits: As outlined in union contract.  

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment.  Prepares and serves concession items to guests.  Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests.  Ensures quality of food presentation. Atlantic City Convention Center & Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall   The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within assigned location.  Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transaction at self-checkout areas and on occasion could have cash handling duties where needed.    This role pays an hourly wage of $15.49.

The Banquet Server is responsible serving guests in the venue dining areas and catering functions. The Banquet Server must be customer-service oriented and personable. The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
