Housekeeping is responsible for the continuous cleaning of the facility, as well as keeping the environment safe and hazard free for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff. They are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready to go for all events and presentable at all times. They must communicate in a friendly, respectful and understanding manner with both colleagues and guests alike. They must politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find answers when unsure. Must be a team player, cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $17.00.

As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service and greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $16.00.

Perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building and landscaping. Overnight hours can be expected on occasion.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16 to $18.00.

The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for assisting in the administration, planning and direction for the operations of the Tahoe Blue Event Center including front and back of house services, technical services, information technology, conversion, custodial services, and equipment inventory control. Insures an effective and cost efficient program by controlling the Operations budget, and performs related day to day responsibilities as required.
Works with the Director of Operations to coordinate all elements of facility operations including purchasing, operation and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, custodial, grounds, tele-communications systems, security, smoke/fire detectors and conversions.
This role will pay a salary of $45,000 to $55,000.

The Sous Chef will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards. The Sous Chef will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay a salary of $28.80 to $31.25.

The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transaction and on occasion could have cash handling duties where needed. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
Pay range: $11.25-$13.25 plus tips

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

The Prep Cook assists in preparing and production of food for the venue at catered functions. Responsible for set-up, sanitation, cleaning and closing of workstation area. Employees will work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event based schedule.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $17.00.

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19 to $27.00.

Under supervision of Box Office Director Manager, responsible for ticketsales and customer service for all
ticketed events at the Tahoe Blue Event Center.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $16.00.

Utilizing independent judgment, the Director of Events is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of post-booking stage service delivery methods. Directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of Event Services functions assuring the highest quality service program to assure rebooking of events. Provides highly responsible staff assistance to the General Manager.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $80,000.

The Runner is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage and paper stock throughout the venue. The Runner is expected to complete other tasks related to the maintenance of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing product inventory and storage areas.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.25.

The Banquet Supervisor oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Banquet supervisors are also responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $27.
