The Marketing Manager is responsible for the promotion of concerts, sporting events, family shows, and other events at Chaifetz Arena, while developing creative marketing campaigns that promote public/community awareness of the facility. The Director or Marketing is responsible for continually seeking out new contacts to assist in event/facility marketing efforts while maintaining current relationships with event promoters, Saint Louis University Athletics, Billiken Sports Properties, local media partners, and other pertinent contacts. This individual will create, execute, and manage all activities of the Marketing department to reach budget goals and generate revenue for the facility while handling media buying and billing process as needed. The Marketing Manager will implement marketing plans, manage event advertising budgets as needed and ensure successful sales for all events.

The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing TicketMaster host and archtics ticketing systems, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and he management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.
