The Ice Arena Representative acts as the primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entering, participating and leaving Coral Ridge Ice Arena. They are responsible for providing guest service, admission transactions, and a safe & clean environment, ensuring all service needs are met.  Individuals work in various positions as needed including, but not limited to, cashier, skate rental, housekeeping, and guest service.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $11 to $12.

The Ice and Facility Changeover Crew execute the hidden side of events at Xtream Arena. Work ranges from setting up stages to moving nets during hockey games. This opportunity is perfect for a first-time job, side hustle, or anyone interested in working sports & entertainment. This is a part-time position.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.00 to $13.00.   

As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter.
