Responsible for generating revenue by engaging local and regional companies to generate partnership and premium seating revenue through all business lines, including intellectual property rights, experiential, media, branding, signage, hospitality, events and promotions. This position will serve as the department head for and be responsible for facilitating services for all corporate partnerships and premium seat clients for both Enmarket Arena and the Savannah Ghost Pirates. Compensation will consist of base salary plus an annual performance-based bonus. This position will be responsible for achieving measurable financial results.  

The Box Office Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager & Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations of the box office including: ticket sales, “Will Call”, and answering questions related to events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have proven box office experience, and display excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also have basic education of computer systems with the ability to enhance knowledge of Ticketmaster products including Host, Archtics and TM One. This role is supported by and will work closely with the box office team.  

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue.  The Line Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. The Line Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $17.00.   

The Bar Back is responsible for backing up the premium clubs or suites bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed.  The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $14.00.
