The Executive Sous Chef must provide a high level of event oversight, culinary proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the Executive Sous Chef will be to actively mentor, train and help employees meet company quality standards, and to promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.    This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Executive Sous Chef must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. The Banquet Captain coordinates and oversees entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction.   This is a Part-Time position. This role will pay a wage within the range of $20 to $23 per hour.

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Banquet Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume event & banquet environments.   this is a on call position    This role will pay a flat hourly wage of $15.00-$18.   For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Exhibitor Services Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Events in overseeing all aspects of the events taking place in the Palm Beach County Convention Center with an emphasis on managing Exhibitor Services.  This position supports online and in-person ordering of event utilities, equipment, technical services, food and beverage and guest services staff oversight. The Exhibitor Services Manager also plans and manages selected events; conducts administrative support; supervises the work of facility staff; serves as liaison between facility users and facility staff, service providers and other stakeholders. Occasionally, this position may also coordinate and manage Box Office Services for selected convention center events.     This role will pays an Salary wage of $42,000, to $52,000.   For FT roles:   Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).  

To supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of the Engineering Department, including safety, security, and event staffing functions; to provide highly responsible staff assistance to the Director of Operations.   This role will pay a wage of $65,000 to $70,000.  For FT roles:   Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).  

The Housekeeping department will maintain the cleanliness of all internal facility space as well as the facilities external perimeter on a daily basis. Personnel, if necessary, may be trained to operate equipment used in the maintenance of convention facilities such as forklifts, floor scrubbers, compactor, and other maintenance equipment. There are varying hours and shifts available based on event related activity.

The Facility Security reports to the Security Manager. In this role, you will assist the Security Manager. This position operates under direct supervision and mentorship of the Security Manager.
