The General Manager, Hospitality, is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, full-time and part-time position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property.
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic during Spring Training games (and other events as needed).
They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
A Banquet Server plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service during events. Their primary function is to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and attended to, following event specifications and service standards. From the setup of banquet spaces to the seamless execution of meal service, they maintain an acute focus on detail and hospitality. Banquet Servers work collaboratively with kitchen and event staff to ensure the timely delivery of courses, adapt to guest needs in real-time, and uphold the ambiance and quality of the event.
Under the general supervision of the Opereations Management, the Event Operations Staff will execute the set-up and tear down of events, assist with inventory and provide general maintenance, as necessary. The position will be part-time, hourly and should be available to work days and nights, including weekends and holidays.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00
