The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for managing the daily operations and event day operations within PPL Center’s Orange Deck parking garage. The Parking Attendant will be the first point of contact in providing a memorable first impression for all guests and employees by providing direction and answering any questions guests may have.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00
Housekeepers provide and maintain the cleanliness throughout the venue as well as keeping a safe and hazard free environment for entertainers, guests, and staff.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00.

Ice Crew will perform general labor duties as assigned. Duties included but not limited to building conversions for various events, familiarity with all aspects of facility operations and maintenance in addition to ice making, ice maintenance and repair. This position is based at the PPL Center.

Utilizing independent judgment, the Director of Events is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of post-booking stage service delivery methods. Directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of Event Services functions assuring the highest quality service program to assure rebooking of events. Provides highly responsible staff assistance to the General Manager.
This role pays an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 and is bonus eligible

Supervisors oversee the Event Staff, and ensures that they are adhering to the rules, regulations and policies of the PPL Center, while providing excellent customer service.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.50-$16.00
Under the direction of the Security Manager, the Overnight Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience for all PPL Center patrons. Supervisors oversee the Security Staff, and ensures that they are adhering to the rules, regulations and policies of the PPL Center, while providing excellent customer service.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00

The Concessions Manager is responsible for the effective management of venue concessions operations including inventory controls, product ordering, training new employees, cash controls, compliance with alcohol service polices, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned by the DFB. The Concessions Manager must be provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth operation of the Arena & Concessions Dept.
The Operations Supervisor directs, manages, supervises and coordinates event setup activities and operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Sr. Event Manager and the Event & Guest Services Manager.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.75

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting with venue distribution/warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, distribution, stocking, cleanup, transfers, and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction, and independent decision-making skills are required.
The Bartender responsibly serves beverages in moderate amounts, not to promote overindulgence or advocate any action that could cause Guests to become intoxicated. Also takes guest orders, delivers food, and maintains the bar seating area by bussing and cleaning. Additionally, a bartender is responsible for the billing and payment processing of the Guests that they serve.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $8.00 and is tip eligible
