The Premium Suite Runner assists the Suite Attendants and Premium Services Manager in providing guests with a pleasant experience. The Premium Suite Runner is primarily responsible for preparing and stocking the suite areas and pantry with the appropriate products, utensils & supplies. The role assists in the setup and execution of preordered food and beverage items as well as delivery of restaurant orders during the event. Following the event, the Premium Suite Runner will ensure the pantry is cleaned and restocked.

The Changeover Crew report directly to the Sr. Operations Manager. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the Arena from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Changeover Crew may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Changeover Crew is a vital component of the Arena in responding to the needs of promoters and clients—a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This Event Staff position is responsible for patrolling all areas of property and parking lots, securing doors, and ensuring the safety of all guests, employees, and contract labor while on premises; and securing property during move-in/out trade shows, conventions, or events. Event Staff are responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience for all PPL Center patrons. Event Staff enforce all rules, regulations, and policies of the PPL Center while providing excellent customer service.
