The Guest Services Attendant is the primary contact with the guests at the facility. Require to have knowledge of the building and its services also to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for building patrons.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of financial and accounting activities at the facility. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative professional responsible for supporting the financial infrastructure of the Stride Bank Center.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$25.00.
The Administrative Assistant supports department leadership and team members by performing general administrative duties, front desk duties, box office duties, assisting in coordinating space licensing and event bookings for the facility, and preparing internal and external communications.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00.
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible

A Banquet Server plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service during events. Their primary function is to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and attended to, following event specifications and service standards. From the setup of banquet spaces to the seamless execution of meal service, they maintain an acute focus on detail and hospitality. Banquet Servers work collaboratively with kitchen and event staff to ensure the timely delivery of courses, adapt to guest needs in real-time, and uphold the ambiance and quality of the event.
The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise all event staff; coordinate communication between event staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
This role pays an annual salary of $45,000-$50,000
