The Facility Manager manages contracted partners and works with the Operations Manager and operations team personnel in the essential duties of ensuring the quality of services delivered to the clients meets and exceeds our standards and contractual obligations. The Facility Manager has direct hands-on oversight of all building systems, including all services and activities involved in maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers, and associated equipment.
