Members of the Changeover Crew report directly to the Operations Manager. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the Arena from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Changeover Team may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. The Changeover Team is a vital component of the Arena in responding to the needs of promoters and clients – a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.
