The Event Security postion is assigned to the Event Security Department and reports to Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Employee will supervise and manage officers who perform duties assigned as related to the event in regards to the overall security, safety of the employees, guests and clients.   This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00  

The Security Officer position will have the primary responsibility of maintaining security access and control to all areas of the Central Bank Center Complex. This will include making routine rounds throughout the entire complex, providing customer service to clients/patrons as they arrive on the complex and assisting with all incidents as they may arise.   This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00.  

The Box Office Supervisor position will have the primary responsibility for the management of event day operations. They will oversee ticket sellers, ticket resolution, and parking cashiers and be expected to assign job duties and specific tasks for these positions.    This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching

The Conversion Supervisor is responsible for leading one of our conversion crews in a safe and efficient manner under the direction of Conversion Managers. The Supervisor is responsible for setting areas at our venue including Central Bank Center, Rupp Arena and The Lexington Opera House. This includes staging, chairs, linens, platforms, pipe and drape and other necessary equipment for our clients. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, planning for and overseeing Conversion Crew members.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00

Conversion crew members are responsible for the set-up and strike of events. They work on teams to accomplish many tasks throughout the building. They may be setting a room for a small dinner or the arena for a large concert. Crew members will work different shifts. Sometimes it is needed to work overnight or a day shift. Employee is assigned to the Guest Experience Department and may receive direction, guidance, and support from the department via supervisors, managers, and the GM. Primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests to the event, review and validate tickets upon entry, direct/escort guests to their seats in an efficient and professional manner, answer questions, and proactively engage with guests.     This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.

Ticket Seller is required to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends, and holidays, as event schedules vary.  Position must understand and operate the computerized ticketing systems (TM Host and Archtics) and handheld payment devices; know and understand the complete layout of each event and its seating chart; deal knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public; account for all tickets sold and payments received from sales at the end of each shift.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00. 

Employee is assigned to the Event Management Department and reports to part-time Event Security supervisors who report to the Assistant Managers. The Assistant Managers of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Event Security employee will perform duties assigned as related to the event in regards to the overall security, safety of the employees, guests and clients. This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.00.  

The Parking Lot Attendant will have primary responsibility for providing daily parking lot support and operation of the Central Bank Center parking lots. Additional duties will include lot maintenance, general security of the parking lots and passing on directions and information regarding the lot to patrons/guests.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.
