Responsible for ticket sales for shows or events by performing the following duties.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.00.    Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.    EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.  

This position is committed to providing World Class Service for the Stormont Vail Events Center.  The Event Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events.  Special security assignments may be available during non-event days/nights.  The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must always exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $13 to $15.
