The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and he management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.  

The Ice Rink Manager is responsible for overseeing the staff and ice usage. This includes, but is not limited to: managing rink schedules, skate sharpening and repair, skate rentals, league management and on-ice programming/instructions. The Rink Manager provides leadership and initiative in developing, maximizing and maintaining ice sales and programming. This is balanced with a strong customer service ability, team leadership and business acumen.   This role pays an annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000 and is bonus eligible.

The Ice Arena Representative acts as the primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entering, participating and leaving Coral Ridge Ice Arena. They are responsible for providing guest service, admission transactions, and a safe & clean environment, ensuring all service needs are met.  Individuals work in various positions as needed including, but not limited to, cashier, skate rental, housekeeping, and guest service.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $11 to $12.

This opportunity is perfect for a first-time job, side hustle, or anyone interested in working sports & entertainment.
