The operations department includes Changeover and Custodial shifts. When working changeover shifts, employees will be responsible for setting up and taking down various aspects of any event within the arena or exterior of the arena. Custodial shifts will include pre-event, event and post-event cleaning of the entire facility not to exclude restrooms, VIP areas and flooring. The operations department has flexible schedules as employees are able to pick the shifts and events worked.   This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00

A Custodial Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations Department part time staff during Post Clean shifts which is the process of cleaning and resetting the building after events. This position will work alongside the Full-time Managers when planning and executing of each shift. This position is also responsible for coordinating the staff and making sure the work is being done efficiently, safely, and properly. In the event an accident report is needed, the Custodial Supervisor is responsible for filling out incident reports and following proper company protocols when needed. The Operations Department has flexible schedules as employees are able to pick the shifts and events worked.

A Lead Custodial Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations Department Part-Time Staff and Custodial Supervisors during Event and Post Clean shifts. Outside of the Full-Time Managers this position is the main leader of the Custodial side of the Department.
